Last week’s classes.

12 Mar

I was having a go with using tinted paper last week in Braithwaite, but couldn’t quite get it right. I’ll hopefully get to try again this Friday, but we’ll see. There are also a few new classes coming up. The Wigton Saturday workshops have one more to go, Carlisle adult ed is doing one towards the end of April, and Helen Walsh is running some more in Carlisle.
On top of that, I dug out an old project I’ve had kicking around in the back of my computer for years, a bilingual Japanese/English children’s book, and shoved it on Amazon self publishing; I have more to follow.

You gave your book a 2-star rating…..that probably won’t help it’s sales! Ha!

I really like the first image, what are you drawing with on this one? It looks very nice.

Cheers, Michael. I had to mark the book down as I messed up the formatting somehow. It looks all wrong when you view it on a Kindle. And the drawing is just bog standard 2b and 6b pencils with a white coloured pencil to do the highlights.
